ღ Devin and Zayde

  • Who’s the first to wake up in the morning: Devin. He’s a bit of a late night/early morning sort. 
  • Who’s the one to make breakfast: Devin. He’s super picky about how things are cooked and he’s also usually cooking for his sister too
  • Who’s the one to serve the other breakfast in bed: Devin’s tried but Zayde always wakes up too soon and comes looking for him
  • Who would suggest a quickie in the morning before work: Devin though it never ends up being quick
  • Who suggests they both ditch work to lay around all day: Both because fuck doing anything that involves not being curled up with each other
  • Who chooses the movies: Both, they take turns
  • Who initiates kissing during the moving, thus distracting the other from the movie all together: Depends on who picked the movie 
  • Who orders lunch: Zayde. He knows better places for getting food
  • Who steals food from the other’s plate without asking: Zayde and Devin always growls at him and threatens to bite him
  • Who curls up next to the other and falls asleep due to a full tummy: Devin. He’s a cat and will take any chance for a nap
  • Who distracts the other from trying to work at home: Zayde. Devin literally only really works out of “home” because he does wood and metal work
  • Who asks to go get ice cream like a five year old: Devin. He loves ice cream
  • Who takes pictures of their partner eating ice cream: Devin. But usually after he’s gotten ice cream on Zayde’s nose
  • Who makes a sexual joke about the dripping ice cream on their partner’s face: Replace face with chest and lower and Devin hands down. The boy loves to lick things off of Zayde
  • Who cooks dinner: Devin for the same reasons he does breakfast
  • Who cleans up the kitchen afterwards: Zayde usually because Devin tends to fall asleep after eating
  • Who stays up until 2 reading: Zayde. Again, Devin likes sleep
  • Who stares at their partner while their sleeping: Both and probably for similar reasons
  • Who kisses their partner while they sleep: Both because it just has to be done.

While Devin is melanistic in animal form, Lissa is not. She’s a little jealous because she thinks her brother looks more badass shifted, but Devin would trade her in a heartbeat because she looks more like their parents when shifted.

5, 22, 48 Devin

  • Do they have a secret handshake with anyone?
    • Him and Lissa had one when they were very young, but both of them have out grown it these days
  • Are they a supernatural being?
    • Yes. Devin is a werecat, specifically a melanistic jaguar (aka a black panther).
  • What does their room look like?
    • Devin doesn’t really have a room. Him and Lissa are drifers, so they never stay anywhere long enough to actually have rooms. 

Most feline shifters don’t have the same need for pack structure as werewolves. They also lack the same mating instincts as wolves do. This is mostly in terms of a for life style bond. While it can happen, it is extremely uncommon in feline shifters. They are better suited to casual encounters and short term partnerships in the long run because they tend to do better solitary.
