“As far as I can tell, some kinds of liquor get stronger with age, so maybe people like the older stuff because it gets them more wasted?” Dominic shrugged, seeing that as a good enough reason for him at least. “Cain says it makes it taste better too, but I drink it too quick to tell the difference anyway.”
“And the stronger the alcohol is, the more it tastes like paint thinner to me,” he countered, shrugging a little. He didn’t much like the taste of booze to start with, but it dulled things, gave the world a nice hazy edge.
