“No.” Connor answered, almost on reflex.
“I mean, this is family business, so it should stay just family, and we’ve got plenty of people around who would be better options anyway, so there’s no reason to involve him in any of this.”
She sighed heavily and plucked a pillow from her bed to hold against her chest. Even with his words, she was still considering asking Robbie anyway. After all, what good was having someone as good at this stuff as he was and not asking?
“Like who? People that think we’re too young to understand?”
