It was a valid reason for him to not want to address his own trauma yet. If he did so now, he wouldn’t be much use in helping find and recover any of the ones that still remained, and time was running short with how fast word would get around once the hunters realised that they were now the ones being systematically hunted down and what connected those who had already been killed. Isaac had to focus on that before he took care of himself.
“I know and we’ll get them home. The boys are working on something to track the rest of them.”
She knew full well those kids had every intention of killing Zeke’s family and she doubted they would be adverse to Isaac having a hand in taking them down.
